Working with UK broadcaster ITV to secure high profile coverage for the Slovenian Tourist Board
As part of our ongoing partnership, AM+A were tasked with securing high profile broadcast coverage for the Slovenian Tourist Board with leading UK broadcaster ITV, which would also be communicated via print and online outlets
Securing ITV coverage - AM+A worked to facilitate the collaboration between ITV and the Slovenian Tourist Board, featuring former Strictly Come Dancing stars Aljaz Skoranec and Janette Manrara. The couple visited Slovenia on a ‘babymoon’ which was filmed for ITV’s ‘Lorraine’ show
Media itinerary - We worked closely with the client to create a travel schedule for the press trip and presented ITV with a detailed itinerary
Client inclusion - we ensured that key local businesses and destinations within Slovenia were included in the filming, such as Lipica Stud farm and the Zlati Grič winery, to help maximise coverage and exposure for local businesses
Maximising the opportunity - Initially the trip was only going to appear in two episodes of ‘Lorraine’ but the reaction was so positive that ITV showed a third episode. Slovenia was featured for three consecutive weeks on a prime UK TV show
Supporting media coverage - AM+A issued a press release detailing the locations of the trip on behalf of the Slovenian Tourist Board, which was distributed out to our database of leading news/travel editors and writers
In total, the story generated 193 articles and a readership reach of 931,032,832
