Supporting the Kaunas2022 European Capital of Culture campaign with global communications and marketing operations (part 2)
As part of an 18-month global communications campaign, AM+A continued to provide international press office services, online press conferences and press trip organisation to generate high-profile international media attention.
Global communications strategy - identifying and engaging with media in target global markets. Identify key themes and opportunities for coverage. Collaborate with the client to implement individual strategies for key exhibitions and each of the three main events taking place (The Confusion, The Confluence and The Contract)
Press trip programme - identifying key target media for press trips - supporting the client with press trip organisation, database management, invite creation and ongoing media communication
Global press office services - working with international media outlets to gain coverage and support the Kaunas2022 press office team with Europe-wide press release translation, distribution, media pitches and interview opportunities
Webinars - moderating a series of online press conferences, taking ownership of recruiting panellists, international media invitations, RSVP lists and backend software management for the event itself
"AM+A quickly became an extension of the Kaunas2022 team, managing the global communications strategy and generating international media coverage across all our key target markets. They consistently exceeded their deliverables and represented an excellent return on investment. Being shortlisted for the TravMedia 'PR Campaign of the Year' award is a testament to all of their hard work."
